Thomas Scot Dinsmore

Thomas Scot Dinsmore, 60, of Reisterstown, MD, passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2026, at the BridgingLife Dove House in Westminster, MD. Born on November 23, 1965, in Westminster, MD, he was the son of Patricia Louise (Dawson) Dinsmore and the late Harry Evan Dinsmore.

Years ago, Tom owned and operated a restaurant, he also previously worked at John Harland Printing. While living in Naples, FL, he was a cook at a local country club and golf course, where he enjoyed cooking and grilling on the beach for guests. He enjoyed fishing, golfing, and playing trivia.

Surviving him in addition to his mother are siblings: Lynn Harmon and husband Glen of Reisterstown, MD, and Cynthia Hadden and husband Gary of Florida.

Tom was predeceased by his brother: Randal E. Dinsmore.

The family will receive visitors on Thursday, July 23, from 10 am - 12 pm at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills, MD, where a funeral service will begin at 12 pm, officiated by Rev. Dick Harden.

Interment will follow in Reisterstown United Methodist Church Cemetery, Reisterstown, MD.
