Thomas "Tom" Lawrence Mowl

Thomas "Tom" Lawrence Mowl, 79, of Manchester, MD, passed away on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at the Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster, MD. Born on September 24, 1942, in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Charles and Dorothy Brilhart Mowl. He was the husband of Mary Lynne Mowl.

Tom was a retired Baltimore County Police Sergeant. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran. Tom enjoyed toy trains, his cats, golf and remembering his visits to friends and family in Rogersville, Tennessee.

Surviving in addition to his wife, he is survived by his son: Steve Mowl and wife Shannon of Boring, MD, grandchildren: Madison and Morgan and a brother: David Mowl also of Boring, MD.

He was predeceased by siblings: Charlotte Meadows, Ron Mowl, and Martha Knight.

A graveside service will be held at Evergreen Memorial Gardens, 2800 Old Westminster Pike, Finksburg, MD 21048, on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at 11:45 am.
