Thomas “Papa” Charles Dennis, 59, of Hampstead, MD, passed away suddenly at his home on Monday, January 12, 2026. Born on June 15, 1966, in Tobyhanna, PA, he was the son of the late Clarence William Dennis and Anne Butwin Dennis. He is the beloved husband of 39 years to Michelle Dawn Furr Dennis.
Tom spent most of his life career as an auto mechanic. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, going out on his boat, taking care of his chickens, spending time with his family and collecting junk to turn it into his own treasure.
Surviving him in addition to his wife are children: Cassidy “Peanut” Dennis of Westminster, MD, Andrew Dennis of Fulton, MD, Son-in-Law Tyler and grandchildren: Cadyn and Charlie. He is also survived by his brothers: Michael Dennis of Tobyhanna, PA, and Patrick Dennis of New Jersey.
Tom was predeceased by his brother: David Dennis.
