Thomas Edward Ryan, Jr.

Thomas Edward Ryan, Jr., 70, of Owings Mills, MD, passed away on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at his home. Born on May 25, 1954, in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Thomas Edward Ryan, Sr., and Helen Lorraine Ryan.

Thomas worked for Baltimore County Waste Water Management for 30 years. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.

Surviving him are children: Debbie Gibson and husband Mike, and Eddie Ryan and wife April, grandchildren: Matthew, Lillian, and Sarah, and a brother: Brian T. Ryan.

Funeral services and interment are private.
