Valentina N. Kozlova, 59, of Owings Mills, MD, passed away on Saturday, April 11, 2020, at her residence. Born on October 29, 1960, in Belarus, she was the daughter of the late Nikolay Rutkovskiy and Leakadya Rutkovskaya. She was the beloved wife of the late Yuriy Kozlov who passed away on April 21, 2007.
She is survived by her daughter: Yuliya Kozlova, grandchildren: Mariah Kozlova, and Cameron White, and a sister: Tanya Chepik
She was predeceased by a sister: Galina Rutkovskaya.
Services and interment are private.
Arrangements are by ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., Owings Mills, Maryland.
