Virgie Knight Hyle, 94 years old of Carroll County died Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at the Morning Breeze Assisted Living in Finksburg.
Born July 7, 1916 in Reisterstown, she was the daughter of the late Charles S. Knight and Martha Kerkhoff Knight.
She was the wife of the late Richard C. Hyle who died in 1989.
She was an accomplished seamstress. She loved travel, family gatherings and homemaking. She was a member of the Reisterstown Seventh-day Adventist Church.
She is survived by her siblings: Roger Knight, Harriett Williams, Donald Knight and Martha Yingling, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends may call on Friday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel P.A. 11605 Reisterstown Rd. Owings Mills, where services will be held on Saturday at 2:00 PM.
Interment in Deer Park United Methodist Church Cemetery, Reisterstown.
