Virginia "Ginny" Lee Peregoy

Virginia "Ginny" Lee Peregoy, 61, of Littlestown, PA, passed away on Monday, January 22, 2018 at the Carroll Hospice Dove House, Westminster, MD. Born on January 16, 1957 in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Ira Robert Jr. and Margaret Brown Myers. She was the wife of 34 years to W. Emory Peregoy.

Ginny worked for many years as a catering coordinator at Santoni's Marketplace and Catering of Glyndon, MD where she enjoyed working with her customers and building lifelong relationships. She was also a member of the Littlestown Eagles.

Surviving in addition to her husband are children: Russell Peregoy of Littlestown, PA, and Chrissy Bachota and husband Matthew of Hanover, PA, stepsisters: Lynn Riddle and husband Charles of Westminster, MD, and Brenda Miller and husband William of Arbutus, MD, and stepbrother: Stanley Budzinski and wife Misty of Gettysburg, PA, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by a sister: Patricia Myers.

The family will receive visitors on Friday, January 26, from 3-5 and 7-9 pm at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A. 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD 21102 where a funeral service will be held on Saturday, at 11 am, with Rev. Jim Crocker officiating. Interment to follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Finksburg, MD.
