Walter Emory Blucher, 49 years old of Owings Mills, died at the Northwest Hospital Center in Randallstown.
Born January 14, 1961 in Baltimore, he was the son of Alice M. Whitcomb Blucher and the late John W. Blucher, Jr.
He was predeceased by his wife, the late Audrey Hoyer Blucher.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his children, Ashley Blucher of York, PA and Christopher Blucher of Westminster, his siblings, Barbara Bonsall of Pikesville, John W. Blucher, III of New Oxford, PA., Kenneth E. Blucher of Frederick and Steven A. Blucher of Owings Mills.
Also survived by nieces and nephews.
