He was the beloved husband of Jane Ann Laslett Welch. Father of Brandon Welch and his wife Erin.
Friends may call on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 from 6-8 PM at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, P.A. 11605 Reisterstown Rd. Owings Mills.
Services will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at 11:00 AM in the Chestnut Ridge Baptist Church, 1010 Sater's Lane, Lutherville, MD 21093.
Interment in Sater's Baptist Church Cemetery to follow.
