William Walter Balls

William Walter Balls, 78, of Westminster, passed away on Thursday, February 16, 2023, at his home. Born on August 11, 1944, in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Walter C. Balls and Orma Evelyn Balls (Stoner). He is survived by his wife, Donna Gene Balls (Wetzel).

Before retiring he worked as an Information Technician for Center Medicaid and Medicare. He was in the U.S Coast Guard Reserves.

He was predeceased by his two children: Michele Balls and Steven W. Balls.

The family will receive visitors on Thursday, February 23, 2023, from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm, and Friday, February 24, 2023, from 10 to 11 am, where a funeral service will begin 11:00 am, at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD. 21102.

In lieu of flowers contributions can be made in his name to the Deer Park Lions Club, 115 Rockland Road, Westminster, MD 21158.
