JOSEPH BARRETT, 75, of Pikesville;
devoted and loving brother of James C. Barrett, Jr., Mary Katherine Kuhns, The Late Charles C. Barrett, Barbara A. Stahler, David L. Barrett, Joan A. Herion, Patricia E. Wellbrock, and Diane M. Snapp; beloved brother in law of The Late John D. Kuhns, Robert Stahler, Sr., Eileen Barrett, Joan Barrett, Ronald Herion, Robert Wellbrock, and Joseph Snapp; also survived by his loving nieces, nephews, and godchildren.
Bill was a dedicated son, brother, uncle, godfather, friend, and an extremely talented, giving, and self sacrificing human being.
GOD BLESS THE CAREGIVERS.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated privately with his family at St. Charles Borromeo Roman Catholic Church.
