William J. Crudden, Jr ., 67, died Friday, May 16, 2008 at Manor Care South Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
William was born in Baltimore on March 12, 1941, a son of the late William J. Crudden, Sr. and Opal R. (Mann) Crudden.
He was employed with Giant Foods in Baltimore Co. as a produce clerk for over 30 years. He retired in January of 2007.
William enjoyed watching NASCAR; his favorite driver was Dale Earnhardt, Jr. He also liked watching the Orioles and the Ravens games. He liked to go out in his motor or Hobie boat. He took pleasure in bird watching and enjoying nature.
Surviving are his two daughters, Laurie and her husband, William Leatherwood of Felton, PA. and Susan and her husband, William Morris of Hyattsville, MD; his three grandchildren, Ryan, Benjamin, and Jacob Leatherwood; his aunts, uncles, numerous cousins, and his best friend, Melvin Miller of Baltimore, MD.
A memorial visitation will be from 6 to 8:00 P.M. on Friday, May 23, 2008 at Eckhardt Funeral Chapel P.A., 11605 Reistererstown Rd., Owings Mills.
