William “Frank” Franklin Day

William "Frank" Franklin Day, 72, of Hanover, PA, formerly of Owings Mills, MD, passed away on Thursday, April 29, 2021, at his home.   Born on September 29, 1948 in Baltimore, MD, he was the son to Gladys Virginia Day of Owings Mills and the late William Floyd Day.  He was the husband to the late Cynthia Marie Lowman Day, who passed away in 2002.

Frank worked as a Police Lieutenant for the Maryland State Government.  He was a life member of the Men's Auxiliary for VFW in Owings Mills, MD.  Frank enjoyed fishing, crabbing, and trips to Ocean City, MD, with his family.  He had a passion for the Baltimore Orioles and Ravens.  He will be missed by all who knew him.

Frank is survived by his children: Nan Kondisko and husband Andrew of Bridgewater, VA, and Lisa Marie Day-Shipp of Hanover, PA, grandchildren: Lauren, Jake, and Anthony, and great grandson: Noah.

He was predeceased by a sister: Gladys Nan Bunn.

Funeral services and interment are private.
