William "Bill" Howard Allen, Jr.

William "Bill" Howard Allen, Jr., 81, of Owings Mills, MD, passed away on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at BridgingLife Dove House in Westminster, MD. Born on June 20, 1944, in Owings Mills, MD, he was the son of the late William Howard Allen, Sr., and Anna Mary Lookingbill Allen. He was the beloved husband of Carolyn Ann Tracey Allen.

Bill was a proud veteran of the Army National Guard serving as a Specialist 5. His passion in life besides his family was his career of 63 years as a home builder. In his spare time, he enjoyed his friends and the members of the Moose Lodge Legion 183. He played pool weekly since joining in the early 70's and joined the Old Timers Pool Team in 1999.

Surviving him in addition to his wife are children: Dale Allen of South Carolina, and Lisa Marie McCoy of Texas, grandchildren: Cheyanne and Charlton, and loving and loyalist pal: Elsa.

He was predeceased by his sister: Norma Noah.

Funeral services and interment are private.
