William Henry "Bill" Salter, Jr., 93, of Owings Mills died at his residence on Friday, May 9, 2008.
He was born in Pikesville on April 3, 2008 and was the son of the late William Henry Salter, Sr. and Elizabeth Seaman Salter.
He was the husband of the late Catherine A. "Tissie" Salter, who passed away in October of 2007.
Surviving is his friend Thomas W. Hardy of Owings Mills.
A funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, P.A., 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills with Rev. Louis Piel officiating.
Interment will be at Druid Ridge Cemetery in Pikesville.
Friends may call from 12 noon until time of service at the funeral chapel.
