William F. "Skip" Skipper III, 41, of Reisterstown died suddenly Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2007, at his home.
Born March 18, 1966, in Baltimore, he was the son of Phyllis Miller Skipper and the late William F. Skipper Jr., who died in 2004.
He was a graduate of Franklin High School. He was a supervisor for Wallenstein Construction Inc. of Owings Mills. His specialty was high-end remodeling and decorating.
He enjoyed working at home and for family; and collected fine crystal.
Surviving, in addition to his mother, are a sister, Stacy Heyison of Montgomery County; nieces Kari and Alexis Heyison; an aunt, Edna "Bootie" Brauning of Gamber; and numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills, with the Rev. Eugene Funk officiating. Interment will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Gamber.
The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
