William James "Bill" Tracey Jr., 36, of Taneytown died Sunday, May 11, 2008, at his residence.
Born April 17, 1972, at Carroll County General Hospital in Westminster, he was the son of Donna Marie Banghart Tracey of Hampstead and the late William James Tracey Sr.
He was a 1990 graduate of North Carroll High School.
He enjoyed singing and playing guitar in a band with his friends, and also composed his own original music.
He enjoyed Trivial Pursuit, literature, movies and music.
Surviving, in addition to his mother, are a daughter, Shaylin Skye Richardson of Joppatowne; sisters and brother-in-law Wende Tracey Allen and Wayne Allen of Jarrettsville, and Kimberly Tracey Mays of York, Pa.; two nephews; one niece; and numerous friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents William and Doris Parrish and Joseph and Grace Tracey.
There will be no service or interment.
The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester.
