Xavier “Mark” Marcus Anzmann, Jr.

Xavier "Mark" Marcus Anzmann, Jr., 87, of Westminster, MD, passed away on Thursday, December 24, 2020, at Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster, MD. Born on October 31, 1933, in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Xavier M. Anzmann, Sr. and Lillian Peters Anzmann. He was the beloved husband of the late Margy D. Anzmann, who passed away in 2018.

Before his retirement, Mark worked as a salesman for utility products, and prior to that, he worked at BG&E. Mark enjoyed playing golf and spending time with his grandchildren. He was a member of the Elks Lodge in Westminster. Mark attended St. Johns Catholic Church.

Surviving him are his children: Marcia Murphy of Westminster, MD, Mark Anzmann and wife Vicki of Frederick, MD, and Michael Anzmann and wife Theresa of New Freedom, PA, grandchildren: Meaghan Murphy, Morgan Murphy Austin and husband Brandon, Tyler Anzmann and wife Arianna, Trevor Anzmann, Jonathan Anzmann and wife Jessica, Emily Anzmann, and Spencer Anzmann and wife Alexis, great-granddaughter: Winifred Marie Anzmann, and a sister: Kathryn Rukat of Pittsburgh, PA and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive visitors on Tuesday, December 29, 2020, from 4-6 pm at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117.

Funeral services and interment are private.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Mark's name may be made to a charity of one's choice.
